You may request a refund until the first picture is uploaded. Once a picture has been uploaded, payments are non-refundable.

Photo content

Please upload only appropriate photos. Do not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise offensive. You must also have the right to share each photo and respect the privacy and intellectual-property rights of others.

We use automated AI tools to review photos as they are uploaded and help identify unsuitable content. This screening is not 100% accurate or guaranteed. We may remove content or restrict access when we believe it violates these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, CrowdCapture is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
