Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as your name, email address and event details when you contact us, create an account, or book our services.
- Photos and content you provide, including images, captions, and other materials uploaded to CrowdCapture.
- Technical and usage information, such as device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and basic site interactions. This helps us keep the site secure, functioning, and useful.
- Communications, including messages you send to us for support or enquiries.
Your photos and content
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload or submit to CrowdCapture.
We do not sell, license, publish, use for advertising, or otherwise exploit your photos for our own benefit. We only process your content as needed to provide the service you request, for example, to host, display, organize, deliver, or troubleshoot your event gallery.
From time to time, we may contact you to ask for permission to feature a photo in our Photo of the Week or in other CrowdCapture marketing. We will never use a photo for these purposes without your prior written consent. Saying no will not affect your ability to use CrowdCapture.
If you choose to share an event gallery or link, people you share it with may be able to view or download the content made available through that link. Please share event links thoughtfully.

- meet legal or regulatory obligations.
We will ask for consent where required and will not use your information for a materially different purpose without notice or an appropriate legal basis.
When we share information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We may use carefully selected service providers to help us operate CrowdCapture, such as hosting, storage, payment, email, or technical-support providers. They may process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, to protect the rights, safety, or security of CrowdCapture or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. If that happens, we will handle personal information in accordance with applicable law.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and uploaded content from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
